Biology-first talks for conferences, offsites, and teams who want more than generic “mindset” advice
Tatiana Shchenkova is a brain nutritionist and former strategic management executive who has spent 10+ years in media, energy, and tech, including as CEO of a tech startup.

She created The Brain Nutrition after navigating founder burnout and raising two neurodiverse children, experiences that showed her how much performance depends on understanding biology, not just mindset or willpower.

Today, she works with founders, executives, and teams to turn biology into a strategic advantage.

Her unique approach combines evidence-based nutrition with practical nervous system regulation techniques, promoting holistic health in the workplace.

Tatiana is a sought-after expert in nutrition for mental wellbeing and neurodiversity. She frequently speaks at educational institutions, offering practical nutrition strategies to manage ADHD, ASD, and anxiety.

Special topic: ADHD in children and late-diagnosed adults

As a mother of two neurodiverse kids, I've seen firsthand how nervous system health, hormones, and metabolism shape our capacity for long-term thinking and adaptation. I've presented at the SENIA Conference and Beijing Angel Hospital on nutrition for mental health in children, and now focus on translating these insights for adults navigating ADHD and the demands of high-cognitive work.
